I want you to love your purchase!  It's important to me that you are satisfied.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at lisa@lisaswhimsy.com or at 443-343-2495 (mobile) to discuss options.  Ready made, non-personalized items unused and in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.  Please contact lisa@lisaswhimsy.com before returning any items. Although, refunds are not provided for custom items, your satisfaction is my goal, so please contact me so we can discuss your concerns and what options are available.
