Welcome to Lisa’s Whimsy (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.lisaswhimsy.com and your purchase of our custom items. By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Shop

Lisa’s Whimsy is an online boutique offering unique, handmade items. Each piece is crafted with care, and small variations are part of what makes our products special.

2. Ordering and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required at checkout and is securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Apple Pay. We do not store your payment information.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.  Tracking information will be provided. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order for non-custom items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact lisa@lisaswhimsy.com before returning any items.  Although, refunds are not provided for custom items,  if you are not happy, please reach out so we can discuss your concerns and what options are available.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight variations in color, size, or design. These variations do not qualify as defects.
